It provides for the import, assembly and sale of post-war Willys Jeeps for civilian use and rugged country roads in India. The brothers began to import fully assembled Willys Jeeps and are later assembled the kits fully in India.

The jeeps were first described by Mahindra and Mahindra Willys American models, but soon the company began manufacturing its own Jeeps under license from Willys-Overland ... and permission to use the "Jeep" name it bears today. The Indian military, police and civilians alike use these devices difficult.

The company holds the majority of the "universal" look of the old CJ, but due to things such as exorbitant fuel prices settled many of its models with diesel engines (which was then much cheaper on fuel) and use other parts and components not America. Moreover, as people drive on the left side of the road (British Art) in India, the Mahindra jeeps finally pulled his driver's side from left to right.

A brilliant idea blossomed, but simply Mahindra and Mahindra in a worldwide financial success as a manufacturer of jeeps, cars, agricultural machinery, investment, infrastructure, and more.

Today, the Jeep is mysticism is shared throughout the world because of the convenience and versatility of this small vehicle.

The small four-wheel drive utility vehicles are considered the iconic World War II Jeep, and would inspire many similar Light Utility Vehicles. Over the years, the World War II Jeep later evolved into "CJ" civilian Jeep and has been recognized as a symbol of rugged individualism in twentieth century American History. Its counterpart in the German army was the Volkswagen Kübelwagen, also based on a small automobile, but which used an air-cooled engine and lacked 4 wheel drive.
